There are also nice homes on Onaga Trail, in the housing development next to Onaga Elementary school, that were built by the same builder as those up on Joshua Lane. We lived there from 2003-2008.

I built here in 2008, and the house has never been back to full value since late that year. I think currently, I'm 40k underwater. I doubt, I'd get anything near what I need if I was to sell right now...
