how often is it really done? In base housing? what about off base housing? wives? even visitors? I think you could manage if you kept it discrete personally.

Erin --- 11 years ago -

I think you probably shouldn't even risk it. JMO

kElJoY --- 11 years ago -

That's a pretty funny first post - especially since they posted it at 4:20 pm.

Beach Living --- 11 years ago -

You get caught and it will get you kicked out of housing and they will probably put you on the ban list.... Why even risk it??? Kinda stupid if u ask me

Dimples --- 11 years ago -

You would get kicked out of base housing and lose bah. So not worth it.

Mobile Mark --- 11 years ago -

its your Life, Do what you got to.

imperfectly perfect --- 11 years ago -

NO THANKS! Thanks why I prefer to live on base, less drugs around my children.

IWearHisRank --- 11 years ago -

Seriously??? Weed? Pfft!!!!!! You ain't a friend of mine if you aint doing meth! Thats the drug of choice among military wives due to it's slimming effects!

Call me when you wanna play with the big dogs!

Tabasco --- 11 years ago -

just keepin it real.. a LOT of people smoke pot. Yes, it is illegal so risking taking it on base is kinda stupid to me. You'd lose a lot if you got caught.

buttt
if you must:
doctors pass out mary jane cards like their nothing. just get one and then you are good to go and not risking a thing.

imperfectly perfect --- 11 years ago -

I dont think you are allowed to have pot on base even with a "Maryjane Card".

RealTarheelBlood --- 11 years ago -

The MJ laws are mandated by the state.....military bases are federal. We had a neighbor on Pendleton who had trouble with this!

OU812 --- 11 years ago -

I have absolutely no problems with marijuana...smoke it, get high, munch out, pass out....wake up the next day and start all over again...SEE NO PROBLEM!!!!!

cj23 --- 11 years ago -

I know I can't be the only wife that likes to smoke. right? Do they know if you have a card?

DexterMorganIsMyHero --- 11 years ago -

It doesn't make any difference. It's illegal on ALL military and government properties, INCLUDING BASES. If you can't get over the pot then get a house in town and hope for the best. Don't bring that junk on base and make other people deal with it. That's just rude and selfish. Not everyone does or would partake in such things and kids CERTAINLY don't need to have it around.

kElJoY --- 11 years ago -

Do they know if you have a card?

Aren't you supposed to give a copy of that card to the PMO at the front gate? Jus askin. :)

OU812 --- 11 years ago -

IWearHisRank --- 11 years ago -

that and a six pack of Coors Light.....

akdiesel --- 11 years ago -

Are they civilian police?

MorrigansMaiden --- 11 years ago -

I can say you're one of the only ones willing to risk her husband's career just to get a three hour high. Good job. (kindly deleted).

you're ridiculous. I liked to smoke once, then I graduated high school and became a grown up.

The military is so laid back now, people get away with a slap on the wrist. So many things have happened, with military members or their families, and people dont lose their career over it anymore.

I'll have to agree with that!!!!
