I just had my wisdom teeth taken out. You only have to see 1 dentist every time you go in, so you don't get a different doctor asking you questions you've already answered before. It's Dr. Nguyen (pronounced Win), and he'll make sure you have done what you want, not what he wants. They also offer payment plans for military, given you'll be here at least another 6 months, and they're pretty flexible as far as appointments. One of the best dentists I've visited- you don't feel pressured into doing crazy orthodontal work.

Look into DR Robert Guss for the eyes in the Desert Regional hospital area in Palm Springs and if need know and he even accepts MediCal too.. I think is titled Vision Professionals .Other docs likely are there as well. 

We have been with Dr. Geduld since 1999, when my little ones were 6 and 7. Very nice and gentle, great office staff. 760.361.8056.

We've seen Dr. Hayasheda in Yucca Valley for eye exams for the same amount of time. He's very thorough and books an hour for exams. He's in the Pedersen's, Lowman office at 760.228.2020, next to KFC in Yucca Valley.
