if there is a affordable non-expensive way to get a sort of permit thing to make it known or accountable for a teen driving an adult places who is able ?? To let the parents know it. / A lot of times men will not offer rides to guys [to church] if the wife is [also] in the car he thinking the rider will flirt at her or something; even though he's there.I had that seem to be and 'he' stopped the rides.Though yet then one can get to know all about the rider person at first earlier. 

Joe, can you get a small cheap car possibly? IDK your financial situation or anything but maybe you can find a cheap car to get you around town. 

only if i took back roads remotely possibly in a 'Smart' car since i cannot do much damage with it/ but I am disabled see where I do not much concentrate which includes behind the wheel. Or Miss Jersey ask God to make me an instant driver which actually I think He might do it.. actually I'm serious writing it.

The rates for disabled on MBTA seem pretty low. Do you use that? 

yes 'perfect I use it it being half price rate for disabled which is nice but they do not run on Sundays now.

I think so too and don't understand it. How do the people with no vehicles get to work on a Sunday? There are lots of people who ride the bus around here for work reasons.
