Well, we're sick. So I'm thinking soup and grilled cheese. 

No idea. I'm trying to use whatever is left in my fride and freezer before we move so something with ground beef...blah! 

Ribs, garlic fingerling potatoes and whatever green I come up with when I go visit the newly opened Farm Fresh in 29 later today! 

I'm going to be trying out these sometime soon!

It's a teeny produce store located in the little building behind the BOA ATM on Cholla Road. They are open Tue-Sat 12-6. All the produce is organic and LOCALLY GROWN. If you don't see something you want there - let them know and they can show you their grower's list.

It's way tastier than the grocery store produce and cheaper than the Farmer's Market items - which are not locally grown. 

I'm going to be trying out these sometime soon!

I haven't made that in ages....maybe tomorrow...NO WAIT!!! Tomorrow is smoked boneless beef chuck roast...Maybe Thursday nite!!!! Yep, Thursday nite....Friday nite will be reservations at Jackalopes....another new experience I'm looking forward to... 

I'm saving my green chilis my friend brought me from Mexico to make the same meal again for our last meal when my in-laws get here! I fire roasted and cleaned them a few weeks ago...gotta 'em in the freezer waiting! 

Since we are getting ready to move again I'm trying to use up what won't travel very well. Tonight it's gonna be eggs, potatoes and onions and bacon. May even throw in a pancake or 2 for the youngins'.
