Ok so I posted yesterday how I was so excited that Urban Decay was going to be at the new exchange.. Well.. I get to work this morning to find out they will not be at the new exchange.. Why, you ask?? Because Urban Decay Cosmetics does NOT support the military.... I seriously just stood there in awe as my boss was telling me this... So anyways.. That's my rant of the day. 

So what part are you ranting about - that the make-up will not be carried there after all or that they do not support the military?

How do they not support the military exactly? 

So are you not going to be a fan of this cosmetic since they do not support military?

Is it possible there is just not a market for that stuff in this area? 

I'm upset because they dont support the military. I only use a few things from urban decay but I really like the product so I don't know if I will keep buying it or not. All I was told was that urban decay dropped out because they don't support the military and they want nothing to do with anything involving the military. I didn't hear it straight from the company so if I'm wrong, then I apologize. That's just what I was told. 

No I just want to know about them not supporting the military - I went to their site to see if I could see anything about it but didn't find any mention of it yet. Maybe have to dig deeper.

If they don't support the military though I would be throwing my stuff in the trash if I owned any. 

This reminds me of when Starbucks and WalMart were supposedly NOT supporting the military.....FALSE!!!!

I don't know of anything other than what I was told.. I'm going to try to find out more. 

Ok, went to the Urban Decay site and sent a message to the "Please send all inquires regarding Urban Decay in the press or other PR-related topics to publicrelations@urbandecay.com" And asked for clarification on the product and the military and on bases carrying the product. I will let you know what I hear if anything.

Thanks so much for giving us a call! We all have friends and family members in the armed forces and would never discriminate against anyone. As far as our brand not being carried in the PX, we simply can’t take on any additional retailers right now. We’re growing very quickly with our existing retailers and don’t have enough inventory to go around!

I'm sorry that I posted this on here before getting all of my facts straight. I should have written an email like raven did before I ever said anything. So I apologize. Sorry for the unnecessary drama.
