Sales are stagnant because sellers want too much $$ for their houses. The forecast is for values to stay low at least another 3 years before recovery.

Still the same signs up trying to sell the same houses and then some. Lots of foreclosures all over. :( 

I can say that mine has gained some value (according to Zillow.com). It's pretty slow moving, but its come up about 30K over the past 2 months...fingers crossed it continues.

Oh great news!!!! I just checked Zillow and it shows my house went up in value!!! 

Mine is getting closer to what's owed, it was down $100,000.00, but now only about $24,000.00 difference. Still keeping fingers crossed.

Me too. Its worth $10K more than what we paid for it, but more would definately be nice, once we sell.
