i really need help to find what to do in this place im sure some have gotten the hang of having fun here i have alot of friends who are 21+ so guess what they do on the weekend bars and clubs that i cant get in im 20 years old and need help finding what to do for another year is there any 18+ clubs close by? or anything of that sort? me and my husband ore bored out of our minds let me know of anything or somethings you do to pass the time

well my friends all go out together to the bar its a fun to them they go for the music mostly their all hip hop dancers vegas sounds great! theres a casino in 29?? where is it located?

im really not use to this small town vibe im from SF and even though its only 7x7 miles it has alot packed in it to keep me busy thanks girls im sure ill find something to do here 

You get used to it eventually, I am from L.A. and coming here was culture shock, but we have managed to stay extremely busy!

well i dont have a baby and im only 20 so me and so is my husband and we are both really into having fun and such not drinking but having fun we love to dance the whole having friends over and putting music on just might work

Why complain? Just enjoy where you are when you are there ...life is too short to b*tch about it lol. If you don't like your circumstances - change them. Simple. 

There's nothing wrong with not liking it out here, I'm just glad there things I enjoy down the hill.

Hiking in Joshua Tree National Park. Attend a theater performance at Theater 29 in 29 Palms or the Playhouse in Joshua Tree, Have a nice dinner at The Bistro or The Inn (A little pricey, but nice every once in awhile), and The Inn has live music (piano, guitar, horn etc), The Drive-In, a nice Picnic at Luckie Park, then there are the casinos down in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage and Casino Morongo in Cabazon. There's also the Outlet Mall in Cabazon...just a thought. 

Then there's the Air Museum in Palm Springs, my boys have always loved spending time there and talking to the older docents who are mostly pilots. 

Not all the casinos are 18. Morongo is, but most only allow 18 in if they are accompanied by someone over 21 and have tickets to a show.
