Great Clips has perms for $65 I believe. They are in the Walmart Shopping Center in Yucca.

There are plenty of shops around 29 though that I'm sure give perms as well. 

Try the Boardwalk, right on the highway, on the left as your heading out of town, next to the new Thai place... 

I went to Chemically Dependent Salon & though it took a while, she did an awesome job on my hair! I was so happy I went there!! I just got a cut/all over color/highlights & style... but I'm sure they do perms also.

People who need to get hair color and styles are insecure with the way they look, I think that's just sad.
