Super excited about the new SCUBA class being offered on base. :) I've always wanted to do that. I was born and raised in FL just minutes from the beach and now I'm about to get SCUBA certified in the middle of the desert. How weird is that? :) 

My friend is one of the instructors in charge and I am so proud of her and happy she gets to share her passion with others! Its an awesome thing! :)

On FINALLY they are putting Lake Bandini to good use! Sheesh!

I was going to ask where would they do their open water at. I'm so glad I got certified in Georgia and did our open water in Florida. 

Training Tank 

The training is going to be on base and the open water dive is going to be at Catalina. They're all on the weekends.
