I was thinking about buying a car. Granger Bros on Adobe rd down by the DMV always has nice looking cars. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them and can give me advice. I have heard both good and bad things about them.

That should tell ya something...USED CAR SALES PEOPLE are about as trustworthy as our present leader..... 

I haven't, but I think the safest bet would to go down the hill 

I think if you take the car to have it checked out by a mechanic and you google the blue book value of the car you can get a car around here and not have to go all the way down the hill.

Do your homework and research this way you are informed about the car you like. Don't rush and you'll be fine.

Try autotrader.com that's how I found my car when I moved here. I had to go all the way to Temecula to get it but I got a great deal. You can find the car you want and know how much it is before you even go to the dealership. 

We used autotrader.com as well when we were out in 29 palms. We haven't had any issues, I love our car :)) We went pretty far to pick it up but it was so worth it!!

You have the choice either to buy from a dealer or a private owner. 

or you could try chrysler
