They passed it a law in 2008 that makes it illegal for an adult to smoke in a vehicle with a minor. The fine is $100. However an officer can't pull them over for just smoking, they have to have another reason.

The wife was stopped on base for it at the gate and was suspended not sure if she still is tho not that it mattered cuz she peeled the suspended sticker off her car and drove anyway RME

Rules/regulations are different on a Military Base vs. civilian law.

If her driving privileges were suspended on base, the MP's make a record of the incident along with the sticker they place on the vehicle.

I'm not sure how reinstatement of driving privileges is acquired.
