it's being considered to use a kind of technology to PREVENT {???} crime from taking place AND to do that 'read people's mind' you want to ask..PERSONALLY I think the idea is very bad and dangerous too! Innocent people would end up in court from the get go. Can anyone SAY POLICE State!? If this is accepted many good commons would be locked up. But think about this. Is a big peeve to me. :(

a magazine hinted at this . I think it would make people only focus on being suspicious to any stranger that they do not really know and 'can afford' to abuse or to 'frame'. Making people safe at all cost ..ALL. Anything goes to the goal of just being safe [if that's what they do]. Where's mercy in that?

you probably did not understand the 'safe' part I meant .I mean 'overprotective, smothering society' developing where nobody is allowed to just freely live a normal life because they 'have to be protected' and which doing that means rules are set that if broken they get in trouble .Just like a 'Mom says call me when you get there' society .Protecting a world from making a few smaller mistakes by 'scratching your knee.
