no just had rap-stuff on my mind earlier [people can be so stubborn sometimes and do not want to budge]..I think many are good at keeping stuff like that inside . I'm just being human is all.Was reading a book of stuff to fill the time after. 

the better remedy is to pray often [some drink more instead of that I guess]. To keep that up .It can be soothing..

Hope you feel better soon. I've been chugging down water and my throat coat tea. This colder weather brings on the winter bugs.
