Pendleton UG is attacking a SSgt wife, because "she thinks she is a 'high ranking' wife" blah blah blah..LMAO. Many of them seem to be LCpl wives. Just curious what our count is here.

I don't think any of this matters lol. But he's not a 1Sgt. He is a MSgt. But I am a civilian and a wife... Thus a civilian wife :-) 

I'm a LCpl wife, SSgt is high rank in my opinion well more high rank than LCpl but why hate? She has a right to be proud of her husband, just as long as there is no disrespect. Like I'm proud of my husband for joining and turning his life around but I won't disrespect pfc wives or whoever. Not saying she did, if she didn't then why do other wives care.

This girl was voicing her opinion on how disrespectful a LCpl was, her husband was a SSgt. But the PU wives are attacking her saying that it doesnt matter what her husbands rank is, she wasn't pulling her hubs ranks. So I don't get it. 

So a LCpl was disrespectful towards a SSgt and she was just voicing that, am I right? If so, a LCpl shouldn't be disrespectful towards anyone higher ranking but that goes for any rank.

That's like me having a problem with someones mom and someone assuming I now have a problem with everybodies mom. Smh! 

Dimples- I think rank should only go so far with wives, no one should ever loose respect to another wife lower or higher rank. All our husbands are working together some with more responsibilites than others. I wouldn't never disrespect a wive lower or high rank just because the outside world does not know what it is to be a military wive. Now if she disrespects me or my family then I will loose all respect for her.

I see this as a legit statement. We as wives (well some) are taught/told how the respect ladder goes.

This is the reason that the guys are not suppose to be Fraternizing with each other. If you are going to allow yourself to hang around with guys that are a different rank than you, then I feel you should not be "pulling rank". If you are at work and this happens, its one thing, but outside of work and "drinking" is completely different.

I also feel that a SSgt is a semi-high rank. You can't get there in one enlistment, it takes time and hard work to get there. So personally I consider it a high rank.

Anyway, I voted :)
