Well my dog crapped twice in the park just now. Didn't see any Animal Control or PD alerted to my evil plan. But then again it didn't take a High School degree to figure out nobody really alerted them...

Your best bet is to check craigslist under community in Palm Springs and the Inland Empire. I've seen Lab puppies pop up on there.
