Most people out here either make minimum.wage or are ob a budget. 12 PER HOUR ARE YOU SERIOUS.

She just won't get anyone who wants to use her. That rate is good in places like NY and whatnot but doesn't begin to be competitive out here. We only pay $7 an hour for our sitter since she's been with us for almost 3 years.
