I've had my stoneware pizza pan for about 6 mos and have loved it! I cook on it almost daily, today I had it in the oven on 375 for 45 minutes and I heard a loud noise and when I checked the pan had broken into 4 separate pieces! Does anyone know how I would contact pampered chef? Do they have a warranty or anything? I won this in a basket at an auction an dont have a consultant so I can't go through them. Help please!

Pretty sure there should be warranty information included in the box if you received it in the original package. Generally, it's a lifetime warranty & free replacement minus shipping costs (not 100% sure though). Just in case you don't have the papers:
