Housing told us that if we accept 801 housing, we can't move out of there until my husband picks up SNCO. Is this true? My husband checks in next week. He's a Sgt. right now.

If housing told you that, I would say it is true. 

Yes, true. They now concider 801 equal to housing on base, stating that they now have a pool, ac, and security gates. 

Oh ok... That was just new to me... I have never heard that before.

They also said that the only way I can move from 801 is if I have triplets. So, I'm debating if I should start making babies. Haha! Jk.
