Hello!

We are looking at rent a home in the Turtle Rock neighborhood. The problem I'm running into is setting up internet - both Time Warner and Verizon say highspeed internet is not available at the address there. Anyone know why or how this is the case? I mean, the neighborhood has been there a few years right? The house we're thinking of renting was built in 2007, I find it tough to believe the folks who live there have gone without internet for 5 plus years. Does anyone have any insight into this? TIA! 

When we moved in last year, I used the zipcode on the TWC site and it said not available in this area, but when I called and spoke to customer service and gave them the address, I had no problem setting up service.

I suggest calling them.

They did the same thing to me so i went with mojavewifi.com
