Has anyone noticed that there are several resturants in 29 that have B ratings? Those are violations regarding the temperature of food. Im not going to name the places but started really paying attention after I saw B ratings three times in a row at three different resturants. Suddenly my taste for Chinese Food diminished.

Honestly, I do not care about a B. Most times it is one thing that is not that major to begin with.

And there are places that have A's that I will never eat at again because I have seen what they are doing on a daily basis and the number of times that people have had food poisoning from eating there. Yet they get an A. 

Well I'm just pointing out that there are a few resturants that have B ratings and it usually regards food temperature. There are A rated places I wouldn't go back to either but just been observing that there are more then the norm. The former China Inn was one but I believe it was revamped, the BBQ Greek place by JACK N the Box and the Chinese place with the red roof leaving 29. I don't remember the name. 

And it seems to be more of a bunch of small things according to the website.

That is Pete's. It has ALWAYS had a "B" rating lol.

You mean Pete's? According the link above they got an "A" just last month.
And the inspection in '11 was decent, 3 points from an A, and the lowest score was on proper signage.

Heck, Club Vo got a 96. I guess they do a good job getting all of that foam out of there.

Not that I have any love for Pete's, I have eaten there a whole 3 times. But having worked in a restaurant kitchen (including on base in here 29) I know that ratings can be deceiving, since plenty of managers get a heads up on inspections, the place gets scrubbed and temps, labels and storage are fixed if needed. 

Just looked up Red Lotus, those scores kind of make me regret eating there :\ 

I have worked in resturants myself and am aware of what lengths they will go to just to get a good score then slack off. My point was that I noticed a few.

Lol, just think of all our friends/family houses that we go eat at. I know several people who would get a B. But I still eat there. 

Of course you can respond with what you noticed! My mother in law would get a b rating but I still eat there too.

Speaking of ratings; how's that Sushi bar in oldtown part of 29? 

Let's just say her house isn't that clean. 

I definitely don't eat any sushi around HERE!! So I can't answer that question. 

No sushi here for me. We are in a desert. I figure seafood is not at its best. But I am super picky about seafood. Will not eat it more than 50 miles inland. 

I can't imagine that the Sushi around here could be that fresh but who knows?
