I saw a movie [more scifi kind] titled 'flesh wounds' and had that actror Kevin Sorbo in it too. Guy that played Hercules in later 90s ..It had in it a cyborg being a true half computer -half human ultimate [once human only] killing 'machine' that the US Special Forces 'created' in a jungle country.Prolly was made in 2011 I think.But it took highly trained military to just barely bring it down I guess because it was originally a fighting man at first.Was fast and had superior killing weapons.
