I talked to a recent friend [just I know him] and he said these two guys were tying him up [past time] and threatening to choke him with a rope AND later he was going to get a restraining order and they could not be found to give it them they said in court and he was upset /but people that do that to people need to be locked up I feel! If they tried to kidnap me like that [which they done to him] if I had a weapon they would be hurting..I do not think selfdefense is illegal! Now far as I can tell he did not deserve that treatment anyway.They I assume were trying to shut him up about something maybe. 

apparently that goes on in the town but you may never hear of it of course..Sadly some do not have a conscience at all.
