NO ONE has product on hand here. You have to order everything, and shipping to Hawaii is not only costly but takes FOREVER>

yeah i know for sure this one girl is. She sold one to a friend of mine and me in the same day. We both got ours home and notices that there was wax pieces still in the warmer and scratches on the bowl from where she scrapped it out with a VERY SHARP object.
