It depends on what level the person is, the manager of the activity is the one that usually responds - You can make your comments anonymously if you desire.
If there is a problem that needs corrected or even something that needs positive for this is one avenue for the situation to be resolved.
Is it a business that works with MCCS or is it an MCCS employee that caused the situation?

You can call 830-4509, Ms. New handles the contract services with MCCS.
