Does anyone or has anyone done the spin classes on base. How are they? I want to go to one, but it sucks that they don't have one in the evening. I would have to find a sitter just to go to one. 

I've done it it's fun ! you can take child w/ you just has to be in stroller ect.. at the east gym .. 

I've been they're a good hard core workout. Your rear end will be hurting the next day. Heather is really good, I'm not sure who the other instructors are. Call the gym and double check about the stroller thing, I know you can take them into the cardio rooms, but I know they recently changed or are changing policy on having kids (even in strollers) in the classes.

Dang! It was nice to take my daughters in with me... and my oldest starts preschool tomorrow so I was thinking I'd actually be able to take the youngest in with me... guess I was wrong :( 

I was just at a class last week, there was kids in strollers, one of the girls asked about it and the instructor said yes kids were aloud as long as they were in a stroller and not a disruption. 

that is why I say it doesn't hurt to ask because some instructors are giving out different information and some changes in policy have occured or are going to.
