i been to that pool my hubby isnt an officer nor was i with anyone who was a officer..kel can u call to verify please..lol 

i didnt know that ANYONE could go... i thought it was strictly for marines during the week and that families could go on the weekends. obviously i was mistaken! i would like to check that pool out

i didnt know that ANYONE could go Yes - anyone can go to the Tank. That is the only pool on Base that you can dive at too. It is a great lap pool. Plus, it stays colder than the other ones when it gets hot because of its depth.

i heard it has a diving board! No. You can dive from the side. It doesn't have a board. It does have the concrete levels that you used to be able to dive off of but that has been closed for diving for a long time.

We were told by the people at the Officers pool that anyone can go. My husband goes all the time with all his marines.

The guy said he could not be completely sure but that like most other "special events" it is "all hands". The one thing he knows is always off limits is the bar unless you are there to dine.

That is amazing that we can get two different answers... but he did say "I cannot be completely sure". I also know, Kristen I believe her name was, posted the other day about an event and said that they never check ID except if you are having drinks at the bar. 

They have a sign-in sheet just like the Family Pool does. I talked to a Lance Cpl. that answered the phone.
