I agree too. Our house has both and while it could do fine with just the swamp cooler because of how well insulated our house is I think having both is just a great selling point.

You will need to find out who the unit FRO is and he or she will have all the information you need. You can become a trained family readiness volunteer or just volunteer when you're able.
